 FAQs

  • Armonia has an on-site reception (open from 8am to 4pm), with an on-site manager to ensure the security of guests and urgent after-hours enquiries. If reception is unattended, please call number supplied on booking confirmation.

  • A security bond of 200 euros per room is required to secure your booking. Once payment is received, we will send a booking confirmation.

  • Armonia Apartments accepts cash and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners).

    Please note* All security bonds must be transferred via bank account.

  • Check-in starts from 2pm. If you’re arriving before this time, you will need to contact us to make alternative arrangements.

    While every effort will be made to accommodate early arrivals, this will be dependent on availability of staff and at the discretion of Armonia Apartments.

  • Check-out is 10am. If you require late check-out, you will need to contact us to discuss availability.

    While every effort will be made to accommodate late departures, this will be dependent on availability of the room and at the discretion of Armonia Apartments.

  • A cancellation fee will apply to any booking cancelled within 24 hours of the arrival time. If no arrival time is specified, 2pm will be considered as the arrival time. Cancellation fees will automatically be deducted from the reservation deposit of 200 Euros.

  • Armonia offers in-house cleaning on arrival and departure. As we are primarily a self-serviced apartment complex, all housekeeping in addition to arrival and departure will incur a fee. Alternatively, we encourage our guests to keep apartments in a clean and tidy manner.

    Please note* Additional toilet paper, shower products and clean towels are available for an additional fee. For more information, please contact the on-site manager directly.

  • In addition to on-site reception, Armonia has an on-site manager to ensure the security of all guests and to attend urgent after-hours enquiries.

  • The majority of our apartments provide an oven, hotplates, fridge, glassware, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and dishwashing facilities. This allows you to cook in the comfort of your apartment. If you’d like to dine out, please speak with our staff for local options and recommendations.

    Please note* Food and beverage availability is subject to season.

  • Parking options vary across the property. We have parking directly on-site, as well as in the adjacent property. Please speak to staff for more information regarding car parking.
